School and Church

Yay! We survived the first week of mommy being back to school! I am taking four core classes (what the crap was I thinking?!?), two are online and two are in a classroom. So really it isn't too bad, just a lot of reading and staying EXTRA organized. Sometimes I do really well at the organization part of my life, but it doesn't come naturally for me. I have had to learn what exactly works best for me as a student, especially in college. So for the past two semesters, and the next trillion years, my agenda is like more important than life itself. If I were to misplace it... YikEs! But have no fear I don't see that happening ... hopefully!

Here is an accurate depiction of my organization battle while doing homework.

What my study space usually looks like.
What my study space should look like...hahahah Ya right.

Anyways, on to the more important reason for this blog... I grew up always looking your best for church, not HAVING the best, but looking and feeling YOUR best. I understand that holds different standards for different people. But for me and my family when we go to church we need to look our best. Nice WHITE shirts, church pants and shoes, and a Tie. The tie is optional for Fox, but not for my husband. I would like Kyle to put his suit on for special Sundays, when we're blessing one of our babies, or giving talks, or going to a baptism. I don't require it for every Sunday, mostly because its 8000 trillion degrees in Texas. I really love it when I see my husband, and all his buddies (mostly my girl friend's husbands) in their Sunday best setting the standard for our sons. I believe when you are looking clean and neat, your mind set is different than if you were just in slacks and a button up. My husband frequently gets annoyed with my antics, but I love seeing my son and his father dressed appropriately to worship our Father in Heaven. Plus, who doesn't love seeing their studly man all handsome?!? I cannot wait for the change of weather and for Kyle to start wearing his church sweaters, same for Fox.... they looks so stinking cute!!!

Our family: Mommy, Daddy, Foxy, and baby Ryker (he is in the oven)

He is so cute I cannot even stand it! My future Missionary!

*Kyle you're awesome and such a wonderful example for our sons! I love you so much <3*
